About our Upcoming Group Trip

Airport: Knoxville, TN (TYS). Roundtrip Airport Transportation will be provided. Please plan your flight arrival prior to 4PM CST. If you need assistance booking your flight to align with our schedule, please contact us.
Flight times suggested above include transportation. Guest will be responsible for their own transportation if their flights are outside of the suggested timeframe OR at a different airport. We can assist with your flight and transportation arrangements.
Group Size: There are only 6-8 spots available.
Cabin Size: 4 Bedrooms & 4.5 Bathrooms with 1 King Bed in each room. If you are bringing a friend, please let us know so we may pair you together. If you would like your own room it will be an additional $500. Otherwise you will be paired with someone else based on your gender, age and interests.
Prices are $799 + tax per person for 4 Days 3 Nights OR $1099 + tax per person for 5 Days 4 Night. The 5 days 4 nights packages are limited. If you would like to request your own room there is additional fee of $500. Please let us know prior to booking if you would like this option, so we may check room availability.
Although this trip is advertised as a girls trip, males are welcome to attend. Please reach out prior to booking so we may check our availability.
Deposits are currently $100 until September 1, 2024. After September 1, 2024, the deposit will increase to $150. Afterpay is available at checkout.
Once your deposit is made you will be sent an invoice with equal monthly payments due until the final payment deadline. Payments will be sent on the 15th of each month. If you are not able to make monthly payments, please let us know so we can assist you.
Any changes made after your initial deposit is $50 + per change. This includes name or room changes.
All Final Payments are due by January 15, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS
Any payments not received by the payment deadline will result in immediate cancellation to your reservation, which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you can no longer attend, please notify us. Please note that all returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of In The City Destinations & The Makings of B, LLC., and are based on timeframe of cancellation.

Day One (Friday, February 21st): Arrival to Gatlinburg (Check in to cabin at 4PM, Please plan your flight arrival prior to 4PM CST), Welcome Dinner, Pajama & Game Night
Day Two (Saturday, February 22nd): Exploring Gatlinburg (Distillery & Wine Tours, Skybridge Park, Ober Mountain, Anakeesta, etc)
Day Three (Sunday, February 23rd): Free Day
Day Four (Monday, February 24th): Departure (Check out of cabin at 10AM, Please plan your flight departure after 10AM CST)
